After a five week trip, I spent only one night at home before heading off on a quick Scottish adventure. But I had a very good reason. The last night of The Rocky Horror Picture Show 50th Anniversary Spectacular tour in Edinburgh. It’s nine years since I was in Edinburgh or spent any real time in Scotland and it was good to be back even if it was a busy Bank Holiday weekend.
The show was amazing. Props were provided and the callbacks were on point.

And I was reminded how good the food is in Scotland.

The weather on the bank holiday was beautiful so I took advantage by visiting the Glasgow Botanic Gardens and walking along the banks of the River Kelvin. The Kibble Palace in the Botanic Gardens was spectacular.

Definitely worth the trip and I think I really need to spend more time in Scotland.
