Welcome

Hello world!

In November 2015, I embarked on a great big adventure and you can follow my journey here.  I’ve exchanged my *normal* life for a life of travel even though I loved my job, my friends and my home; it’s just that my desire to see the world is too strong to stay in one place any longer.

Some people think I’m crazy, some people think I’m brave, I’m just trying to follow my dreams now rather than waiting for one day (I’ve been waiting for that day for a while already and I’ve realized that it has always actually been my decision exactly when one day should be).

My itinerary isn’t completely fixed yet nor is the amount of time I’ll be gone nor, for that matter, whether I come back or end up somewhere else. For a control freak like me, this is a new experience. Normally I plan and structure everything. I’m looking forward to embracing spontaneity.
